Your custom made order will be ready in approx. 4 weeks time although we always try to work more swiftly.

During peak times this time scale could take longer.

Returns

As all rugs are made to order no returns, exchanges or refunds are available.

We strongly recommend to order a small sheepskin rug to get a feel of the fleece and match a colour before placing a bespoke order. We will offer a refund on the returned small sample sheepskin.
