The tactile nature of our stunning soft, deep pile sheepskins means you won’t be able to put them down. Use them for sitting on, as a throw or floor covering. Premium quality hide, carefully processed to preserve their natural beauty and tactile appeal. These skins are selected for the softness, density and wool lustre that is necessary to produce the highest quality rugs.
Our Rectangular Sheepskin Rugs are made using Premium Quality Long Wool Sheepskins. Pelts are carefully sorted and matched for thickness, density, wool length and colour; they are then meticulously sewn together and cut to the size required. The sheepskin is then finished off with a layer of soft springy foam and cotton backed, forming the finished rug.
Note: These stunning sheepskin rugs are nice and heavy, but on certain surfaces you may find they slip. If this should happen there are many anti-slip rug products now available at your local D.I.Y store.

Sheepskin Care
Sheepskin Rugs have a built in natural barrier protecting them from outside elements. They will benefit from regular vigorous shaking which will help to maintain and restore the natural soft appearance. The sheepskin will also benefit from regular vacuuming on medium suction using standard nozzle attachment only. Do not use rotating vacuum head attachment. A sheepskin Rug Brush can be used once a month to straighten out the fleece and to stop the wool fibres from matting.
